Aerators
FFP aerator range offers maximum oxygen transfer for given power not only making the process energy efficient but also low operating and maintenance costs.
Mechanical Aerator (High speed, Low speed, Fixed, Floating)
Surface aerators push water from under the water’s surface up into the air, then the droplets fall back into the water, mixing in oxygen. The jets of water break the surface with varying degrees of force. There are many types of surface aeration devices, including floating aerators
Submersible Mechanical Aerator
With the jet injector mechanism, the aspirated air mixes with water and is ejected through the diffuser, simultaneously agitating and aerating the ponded water. The mixed air-water is ejected powerfully in one direction, which effectively agitates the water across a wide area.
Aspirator Aerator (Plug Flow Mixer with regenerative blower)
The aspirated air, mixed with water viciously by mechanical forces inside the impeller and guide vane, transforms into tiny bubbles. Moreover, the mixed flow of air and water is evenly discharged in multiple directions along the circumference
Brush Aerator
Brush aerators are horizontal-shaft surface rotors used for oxygen transfer and directional mixing in wastewater treatment. The rotating brush introduces oxygen into the water and induces a horizontal flow.
