The submersible mixer range fom FFP include Submersible Mixer (High Speed) and Submersible Mixer (Low Speed) mainly used for-
The purpose of mixing, agitating and making ring flows in the process of municipal and industrial sewage treatment- Activated sludge tank, bio reactor tank, mixing tank, sludge silos, equalizing reservoir, Sewage tank etc.
The equipment for maintaining the water landscape environment using water flow.
Increasing the oxygen content in water and improving the quality of the water body.
Effectively preventing the sedimentation of the suspended particles.
Conditions of usage
The highest temperature of the media shall not exceed 40°C
The pH value of the media: 5-9
The density of the media shall not exceed 1150Kg/m3
The depth of submersion shall not exceed 20m
The electric power supply: 400V, 50Hz
The motor class insulation and in accordance with IP68, continuous operating for 24hr.
The submersible mixer must be put into operation only on complete submersion into water.

The shaft of the motor employs stainless steel, and the rotors are dynamically balanced, leading to smooth vibration free performance.
The in built leakage sensor and the alarm device for over temperature; protect the winding of the stator.
The submersible mixers have welding precision – cast stainless steel and carbon steel vanes, which are of the sweptback shape for optimized design, resulting in high efficiency and self-cleaning function.
The vanes of the low-speed flow propeller are made of elasticPUor aluminium alloy, resulting in the ability to withstand the varying load, the
propelling power is equally distributed and the provides an optimized hydraulic design.
On the low-speed submersible mixer, all the tightening pieces for the contact media use stainless steel material only.
